Our guesthouse is nestled in the heart of the Őrség region, in the peaceful village of Bajánsenye. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, right next to the famous Blue Trail hiking route. The building was once a border guard residence and has now been beautifully transformed.

BeLu Mini Apartment
12,000 HUF / person / night
Our Mini Apartment offers the perfect escape and refreshment for 1-2 guests. As the name suggests, it is truly compact, yet thoughtfully designed to be practical and comfortable. Entering the mini unit, you step into a fully equipped kitchen, from there a small bedroom with two separate beds and a private bathroom that meets every need opens up. We recommend it to anyone traveling alone or with a friend who wants to retreat from everyday life and stay close to nature.
BeLu Harmony Apartment
12,000 HUF / person / night
Our medium-sized apartment offers a warm and welcoming space for 2-4 guests. It features a smart layout that makes excellent use of every corner. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining and living area, and a bathroom. It is an excellent choice for those who want to recharge in the refreshing power of nature.

What time is check-in?
Apartments are available from 3:00 PM.
How do I check in?
Typically, there is no in-person check-in. Guests receive the key via a secure key box with code access — giving you full flexibility. Personal check-in is available upon request and by prior arrangement.
What time is check-out?
Please check out by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Early check-in or late check-out is possible, subject to availability, for an extra fee of 1000 HUF per person per hour. Please contact us in advance by email or phone.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment by bank transfer or SZÉP card is available.
Is the tourist tax (IFA) included in the price?
No, the local tax is 500 HUF/person/night (for guests over 18) and must be paid in cash on-site.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
Is parking available?
Yes! Each apartment has a designated outdoor parking space which is monitored by a camera system for added safety.

Booking
Booking is quick and easy — via email, phone, or our online booking calendar. We’ll confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
Rates
Apartment rates:
Children aged 0-2 stay free of charge
From the age of 2, the full rate applies: 12,000 HUF/person/night
Mini + Harmony Apartment together booked (maximum 6 guests): 60,000 HUF/night.
For stays longer than 5 nights, we provide a custom price; please request an offer by email.
Tourist tax: 500 HUF/person/night (over 18), payable in cash at check-in.
Prices are in Hungarian Forints and include VAT.
How to book
Booking is quick and easy — via email, phone, or our online booking calendar. We’ll confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
To finalize your booking, please transfer 50% of the total amount or pay via OTP SZÉP card using the bank details provided in the confirmation email. You have 2 days to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before arrival by bank transfer or SZÉP card.
Cancellation policy
- 0–3 days before arrival: no refund
- 4–14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- 15+ days before arrival: free cancellation
